The old hilltop grocery sign of Gingerhill in Milan - has not seen daylight in over 50 years. Recently uncovered when the current owners removed the siding. Anyone for a kite to fly at 3 cents or a Pepsi at 6 cents. How about candy 3 for a penny ? Remember walking the mud road to the store. Our landlord lived in a boxcar and our grandparents in a circus wagon back then on the hill.
